ChatGPT Adds Virtual Clothing Try-On and a Shopping Favorites Library

OpenAI rolled out a virtual try-on tool inside ChatGPT Shopping: users upload a selfie and see how a specific shirt or shoes look on their own body, or upload an outfit photo and ask ChatGPT to find matching items for sale. The launch, powered by the new Images 2.5 model, moves ChatGPT directly into territory long held by Pinterest and Google.
